Armpits are the #1
cause of body odor.
de•odor•meTM gently stops the stink.
You already know it’s the bacteria that make you stink.
It’s also genetic. If you are of African or European descent, you make armpit secretions that feed the bacteria – so you need de•odor•me.
You probably don’t need de•odor•me if you are Korean.
Many people from Korea and central China descend from ancient people who inherited a mutation that gives them dry ear wax and little or no body odor.

You don’t need to take a shower
if you use de•odor•meTM
It’s OK if you don’t take a shower. You don’t need to shower for a week or more. But…
Wash Your Hands
Don’t bother showering, but you must wash your hands frequently and don’t pick your nose or rub your eyes!
Brush Your Teeth
You must brush your teeth.
Brushing with an electric toothbrush is faster than by hand, but either way, spend as much time as you need to get the job done.
Floss Your Teeth
This site is about body odor so we have to tell you about stinky mouth.
de•odor•me will not fix your stinky mouth.
Brushing won’t fix your stinky mouth.
Mouthwash is useless. It makes you feel good for a few minutes, but it’s useless.
You must floss!
Floss picks are great. Carry them with you.
You may think a picture of our Temple Dog is silly. The truth is she loves floss picks.
Why does Sophie the Temple Dog love used floss picks?
Because used floss picks stink really bad after you use them, just like your mouth stinks if you don’t floss. So the idea of flossing is to scrape the stink off your teeth and onto the floss.
Then smell the floss to see if you got it all off. If the floss stinks, keep flossing until it doesn’t smell bad. If it won’t go away, see your dentist for an exam and cleaning.
Other Stinky Places
Feet are a special problem because they sweat a lot,
and are closed up in shoes that keep them wet.
The best way to control the stink is to dry the feet.
It’s a different kind of sweat so de•odor•meTM
isn’t designed to stop the stink, although it helps a little bit.
There are socks that help wick the moisture away.
Also, more people are using lighter fabric shoes
that allow to moisture to evaporate.
If you have to wear shoes that hold the moisture,
keep them on until you can take them off in private.
